FTG Application Information
The purpose of this immersive training experience is to support professionals in the healing arts (social workers, psychologists, coaches, spiritual directors, and clergy) expand their understanding and deepen their helping skills. You will learn a broad range of techniques and tools for serving people in a variety of settings.
Application and Acceptance Process
This training demands commitment and time. The application is designed to support you in clarifying your intention for being a part of this group and to help us in determining if this group is the best fit at this time.
You will be notified if your application is accepted within two weeks of submission. Upon acceptance, your first month’s tuition payment is due.

Participants in the FTG are expected to attend and fully participate in every session. Other expectations include working with an accountability partner, and being an active member of the FTG private online community. You will also be expected to write one 500 – 800 word essay each month.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment or your first month’s is required to reserve your spot

Any cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the start of the training. A $150 cancellation fee will be deducted from your registration fee.

Barring extenuating circumstances, no refund or credit will be given for cancellations within 30 days prior to the start of the training.

Personal medical or family emergencies resulting in an inability to attend some training sessions will be addressed on an individual basis.

100% of the tuition amount paid will be refunded if Alliance for Integrated Awareness (AIA) cancels the training.

Again, participants are expected to attend every session, regularly meet with accountability partners and be an active member of the FTG private online community.
